How to install Rogero firmware on PS3

If you do not know how to flash your PS3, these video instructions are for you.

Method 1

1. Rename the downloaded firmware file to PS3UPDAT.PUP.
2. Copy the file to a USB drive (FAT32) into the folder PS3/UPDATE.
3. Insert the USB drive into the PS3.
4. Turn on the PS3.
5. On PS3 go to: Settings → System Update → Update via Storage Media.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions. Firmware is installed.

Method 2

1. Rename the downloaded firmware file to PS3UPDAT.PUP.
2. Copy the file to a USB drive (FAT32) into the folder PS3/UPDATE.
3. Insert the USB drive into the PS3.
4. Turn off the PS3.
5. Press and hold the power button until you hear two short beeps, then release.
6. Press and hold the power button again until you hear one short beep then two short beeps, then release.
7. Select "System Update" from the last menu item.
8. PS3 will restart several times. Do not touch the console. Firmware is installed.
